There is one God, who exists in three divine persons; Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
Jesus of Nazareth is the Son of God. He was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of a virgin and was both fully God and fully man.
The Bible is God's inspired word to us. It's the ultimate and final authority for all matters of faith and practice.
Humans were created by God, in his image. Therefore every human being, man or woman, is worthy of equal dignity and respect.
Despite being created in the image of God, humanity chose to live below the level they were created for. This is called “sin”, and created a separation between God and mankind. However, this did not diminish their value as human beings.
Jesus' death and resurrection provided the only means for mankind to be forgiven of their sin, and restore the relationship with God. By believing and confessing that Jesus is the Son of God, and that God raised Jesus from the dead is the only way to experience forgiveness and restoration.
The deliberate rejection of Jesus, e.g. the denial of his deity, the refusal to believe in his resurrection, etc., results in eternal separation from God, in the place called “Hell”.
God did not create mankind to live in sickness, poverty or any other distress; this is the result of sin. It is not God’s will for man to be in these conditions. Jesus’ death and resurrection, because it reverses the result of sin, creates the possibility for healing, prosperity, and total peace.
Jesus will physically return to Earth and establish a perfect and eternal kingdom, where he will rule together with those who have followed him and professed faith in him.
It is the purpose and duty of everyone who claims to be a follower of Jesus to live a life that is consistent with the proscriptions of the Bible.
